It is pretty evident with the great taste and the low fat and high protein makes a great meal for watching your weight and staying slim and fit. Great choice of diet as we at Umekes serve brown and white rice as well as, quinoa. Our sides are also very healthy such as the ho'io salad, crab and broccoli, also get sweet potato and much more.
